A “500 Internal Server Error” happens when the server encountered an internal error, or a misconfiguration in a script, and was unable to complete the request. Generally it is good etiquette to contact the server administrator and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done to produce this error.
Note: If this happens on your site, since this error is usually caused by a misconfiguration in a script, you should look at your error logs in your hosting account cPanel to find out the cause.
